Payment Terms

For services rendered by openlatticeora:

• All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) unless otherwise stated
• VAT will be added to invoices where applicable
• Late payment may result in suspension of services and additional charges
• Refunds are subject to the terms specified in individual service agreements

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, openlatticeora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
